Refund Policy
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) Under EU consumer protection law, consumers within the European Union have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Refund Terms Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will arrange a full refund, including the original shipping cost paid at checkout. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and are typically processed within 14 business days.
Return Shipping Cost Return shipping costs are to be borne by the consumer. The original outbound shipping fee will be refunded along with the product cost, but the cost of returning the item to us is not covered.
Return Process
- Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return.
- We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Please return the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is undamaged and unused.
- Once we receive the return, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Return Conditions Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom-made or specially commissioned products are not eligible for the no-reason return policy.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.
How to submit a return or cancellation request:
- Log in to your customer account at: https://shopify.com/57502957707/account and submit a return or cancellation request through your order history.
- If you checked out using only a phone number (without an email address), please use the return link provided in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the original standard shipping cost paid at checkout. We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
